This relates to the work I did with SoundWave at Pukka Herbs. I was charged with improving the quality of the dialogue within the leadership team, to improve their effectiveness as a group. This was done to help a small, inspiring start-up, heavily reliant on the founders, transition through rapid expansion and growth. They wanted to retain their innovative and entrepreneurial spirit as they scaled up to become bigger and more global in their outlook.

It helped a group of strong functional individuals in a leadership team appreciate their impact on others, and to start to work as a cohesive management team with a common goal, leveraging each other’s strengths.
