About the Practitioner

Chiew Chit (CC) Chang has 27 years of professional experience in various senior leadership roles in 3 different industries (Consumer Electronics, Building Materials &FMCG), based in 3 different countries (The Netherlands, Indonesia & Singapore).CC is one of the founding members of Halftime Asia, affiliated to Halftime in Dallas, a global organization dedicated to serving high-capacity individuals in their journey from success to significance. Being a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach as well as a Halftime Certified coach, CC is passionate about coaching market place leaders to discover their innate talent, follow their dreams, impact their community and fulfil their divine destiny.CC has a B. Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore, an MBA from the University of Strathclyde (UK) and completed both Senior Leadership and Senior ManagementPrograms at IMD Switzerland. He lives in Singapore with his wife and two children.
