Managed a regional customer service team that provided onsite support to clients and also had oversight of a call center that comprised more than 40 customer service agents who were tasked with case management in the global CRM system.
Coaching and mentoring of sales staff enabled effective outcome of sales strategies which resulted in annual revenue exceeding US$50 million and an ARR exceeding US$700 million.
Skills of effective communication, interpersonal skills, empathy, and motivation enabled the effective coaching and guidance of various levels of staff (millennials and Gen Z) who were based in Singapore, London, New York, and Houston.
I ask difficult questions to help clients have an awareness of themselves. These are the types of questions that people rarely want to explore on their own.
As we discuss those questions in a coaching session, it helps the client to gain clarity and lift the weight on their shoulders. In turn, this enables them, and their businesses, to take flight.
