Daniel Lim

Daniel Lim is a multi-award winning marketer, a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach, LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, a certified StrengthsAsia Coach-Facilitator, registered MOE facilitator and a CPE Registered Associate Lecturer with over 20 years’ experience in education management. Daniel previously served in leadership roles – international business and recruitment, business development, marketing and communication for higher education institutions, universities and a global management accounting certification body. His strengths motto is being “great to significant”; his expertise is with Education Strategy and Team Engagement.

His coaching experience includes one-to-one coaching with senior academics, heads of marketing of a health and wellness conglomerate, innovation champions, emerging leaders of global international schools, business-owners, student leaders, and his own organisation.

Daniel is currently the Co-Founder of Enable Asia, a Singaporean Social Enterprise focused on caring for Persons Living with Dementia (PLWD) and family caregivers and concurrently serving as the Chief Growth Officer of a Start Up in the holistic well-being sector. He lectures regularly in higher education institutions, sits on advisory councils of regional health institutions and academic study boards of universities. Daniel also actively advocates for Dementia and Caregiving in his speaking engagements.

Having acquired a Masters in Education, Master in Business Administration, Bachelor of Economics and Finance, Specialist Diploma in Human Resource Development (Chief People Officer Programme), Diploma in Accountancy and his Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment. Daniel has in recent years obtained his Specialist Diploma in Healthy Ageing and Care for Seniors alongside his World Health Organisation (WHO) ICOPE (Integrated Care for Older Person) Certification. Today he is pursing a Masters in Gerontology.
