Ruth is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, an accredited Soundwave Coach and a corporate trainer who focuses on leadership, executive presence and public speaking.

Ruth has over 15 years of corporate experience in various multinational companies across the Asia-Pacific region. She holds a MBA (Dean’s Medal), have lived and worked in different cultures including United States of America, Taiwan, China, Australia and Singapore through her consulting practice and corporate career. She now conducts customised leadership workshops in Malaysia, Germany and Singapore.

As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, she helps individuals, organisations and start-ups find their clarity so that they can uncover their potential and flourish.

As an accredited Soundwave Practicioner, she helps individuals and organisations to find clarity in their conversations, developing verbal strategies that foster connection and commitment.

As a former General Manager for Speakers Institute Singapore, she also culminates Clifton Strengths, Soundwave, Leadershp practices to support others with practical tools on how to effectively master their communication for public speaking and or to improve their Executive Presence.

Through unpacking the Strengths of a leader or a team, Ruth works with the client to identify key strategies to working more effectively. She enjoys coaching leaders to step into their clarity by understanding who they are, through Gallup coaching programs, Personal Development programs and Faith Based programs in church evening college classes.
